Dr. Sebastian Bross leaves the Executive Board of Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH

Dr. Sebastian Bross has been a member of the Group Executive Board of Salzgitter AG and Head of the Plate and Section Steel Business Unit since October 2019. In addition to chairing the management of Ilsenburger Grobblech GmbH and Salzgitter Mannesmann Grobblech GmbH, he took over the chairmanship of the management of Peiner Träger GmbH in this context on January 1, 2022. In order to be able to devote himself appropriately to these tasks, he left the management of Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH on January 31, 2022.

We would like to thank Dr. Bross for his many years of successful service at Salzgitter Flachstahl, especially for his commitment and performance since October 2019.

Until a successor to Dr. Bross is named, Ulrich Grethe, Chairman of the Executive Board of Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH, will take over the coordination of tasks in the Sales and Logistics division on a provisional basis.
